Water Temp: 92–96°C


Step-by-Step

  1. Place filter in the V60 and rinse it with hot water to remove paper taste and preheat the dripper.

  2. Discard rinse water and add 15 g medium-ground coffee.

  3. Zero the scale and start the timer.

  4. Bloom: Pour 30 g water, covering the grounds evenly. Wait 30 seconds.

  5. Main pour: Slowly pour in concentric circles up to 125–150 g by 1:00.

  6. Final pour: Continue pouring gently until you reach 250 g by ~1:45–2:00.

  7. Let it drain completely, finishing around 2:30–3:00 minutes.

  8. Swirl the server to even out the flavors, then pour into your cup.

  9. Adjust grind based on taste or brew time:

    • Too fast & weak → finer

    • Too slow & bitter → coarser
